These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Terms") are provided by BAGPIPER, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") and govern your use of Golfer's Pair-A-Dice. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. The App
Golfer's Pair-A-Dice is a casual mobile game that combines golf-themed scoring, dice rolls, progression, virtual items, and optional monetization features.
The app is for entertainment purposes only. It is not a real-money gambling app, sportsbook, casino game, sweepstakes, lottery, wagering service, or real-world golf scoring authority.
2. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on mobile devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the applicable app store from which you obtained the app.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or exploit the app except as permitted by law.
3. Platform Terms
Your use of the app is also subject to the applicable platform terms. If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's applicable terms, including Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement if Apple's standard EULA applies, may also apply. If you obtained the app from Google Play, Google's applicable terms may also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for providing support or maintenance for the app.
4. Player Profiles, Accounts, and Cloud Data
The app lets you create player profiles, nicknames, saved progress, round history, inventory, and other gameplay data. The app includes user accounts and optional cloud backup through Supabase. You can sign in with your email address using a one-time sign-in link sent to your email. Sign in with Apple and Google sign-in may be added in a future update.
Gameplay data is stored on your device while you play. When you are signed in, you can manually back up progress to your account and restore it from Account Settings. Cloud backup is not automatic. Deleting the app, changing devices, clearing app data, or losing access to your account may affect saved progress if you have not backed up recently. Purchase entitlements are managed through the applicable app store and RevenueCat.
You may request account deletion from Account Settings in the app. Deletion requests are submitted in the app and processed after verification; they are not completed instantly.
5. Virtual Items and Game Currency
The app may include virtual currency, virtual items, upgrades, cosmetics, boosts, consumable items, or other in-game content.
Virtual items and currency:
- have no cash value;
- are not real money;
- cannot be redeemed, sold, transferred, or exchanged for money or prizes;
- cannot be transferred outside the app;
- may be changed, rebalanced, limited, or discontinued as part of game updates;
- may be lost if local data is deleted and no restore or sync feature applies.
6. In-App Purchases
The app may offer optional in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store.
Available purchases may include consumable coin packs and item bundles, and a one-time non-consumable Remove Forced Ads purchase. We do not offer subscriptions.
All purchases are subject to the applicable app store's payment, refund, and billing rules. We cannot directly process app store refunds. Refund requests must be handled through Apple or Google, as applicable.
7. Restore Purchases
Eligible non-consumable purchases, such as Remove Forced Ads, should be restorable through the app where required by applicable platform rules. Consumable purchases, such as coin packs, generally are not restored after they are used, except as required by law or platform rules.
8. Ads and Rewards
The app may show ads. Some ads may be optional rewarded ads that grant in-game rewards after completion. Rewards are not guaranteed if the ad fails, is interrupted, cannot be verified, or if your daily reward limit has been reached.
The Remove Forced Ads purchase, if offered, removes eligible forced or interstitial Practice round break ads described in the app for non-premium users. It does not remove optional rewarded ads, sponsorship messages, app store messages, or other non-forced ad-like placements unless explicitly stated. Optional rewarded ads remain available because they are user-initiated.
9. No Gambling, Wagering, or Prizes
The app uses dice mechanics for casual gameplay only. The app does not offer real-money wagering, cash prizes, gambling payouts, sweepstakes entries, betting, or anything of redeemable monetary value.
You may not use the app to conduct betting, wagering, pools, contests for money, or other gambling activity.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- interfere with the app's operation;
- exploit bugs or manipulate purchases, ads, rewards, or game state;
- use the app for illegal gambling or wagering;
- harass others or misuse support channels;
- attempt to bypass platform rules, payment systems, or security measures.
11. Updates and Changes
We may update the app, change features, rebalance gameplay, modify virtual items, adjust ad placement, add or remove content, or discontinue features.
12. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free gameplay, specific outcomes, availability of ads, availability of rewards, or preservation of local progress.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BAGPIPER, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or lost virtual items.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms or misuse the app. You may stop using the app at any time.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
