This Privacy Policy explains how BAGPIPER, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use Golfer's Pair-A-Dice.
1. Summary
Golfer's Pair-A-Dice is a casual dice-rolling golf game. The app lets you create player profiles, play rounds, earn in-game rewards, buy optional in-game items, and, if enabled, view ads.
We aim to collect as little personal information as practical. Some information may be collected by Apple, app stores, payment processors, purchase-entitlement providers, advertising partners, and other service providers used to operate the app.
2. Information You Provide or Create in the App
The app may store gameplay and profile information, such as:
- player name or nickname you enter;
- saved player profiles;
- game progress, XP, levels, titles, inventory, coins, purchases, and ad reward status;
- round history, scores, tournaments, boss match progress, and related gameplay state;
- settings and preferences.
This data is generally stored locally on your device. If account, cloud sync, or server-based features are added, this policy will be updated to describe what information is collected and how it is stored.
Do not enter sensitive personal information as a player name or nickname.
3. Accounts and Cloud Features
The app may not include user accounts, cloud sync, public leaderboards, chat, or public sharing at launch.
If account features are added, we may collect or process account-related information such as a user ID, sign-in provider identifier, email address, purchase entitlement status, cloud save data, and support information needed to operate the account. This policy will be updated before those features are made available.
If public leaderboards or similar social features are added later, player names and scores may become publicly visible and additional moderation or reporting measures may apply.
4. Purchases
The app may offer optional in-app purchases, such as coin packs, bundles, or ad-removal purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple.
Purchase and entitlement providers used to operate the app may process purchase identifiers, app user IDs, entitlement status, transaction information, and related diagnostics needed to validate, grant, and restore purchases.
We may store purchase-related game state, such as whether an item was purchased, whether forced ads have been removed, or whether in-game coins or items should be granted.
5. Advertising and Rewarded Ads
The app may show ads, including optional rewarded ads. Rewarded ads may grant in-game currency or rewards after completion. The app may also show non-rewarded forced Practice round break ads unless you purchase an eligible ad-removal item.
If offered, Remove Forced Ads is intended to remove eligible forced Practice round break ads only. Optional rewarded ads may remain available because they are user-initiated.
Advertising partners may collect or receive information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, app interactions, ad impressions, diagnostics, and usage data. The exact data collected depends on the ad network, consent choices, region, configuration, and your device settings.
If required, the app may ask for permission to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. You can choose whether to allow tracking in the Apple prompt and can change your choice in iOS Settings.
6. Analytics and Diagnostics
The app may receive operational diagnostics from Apple, purchase providers, advertising partners, or other service providers used to operate purchases, ads, builds, or app distribution.
If additional analytics or crash-reporting services are added, this section and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before submission or release.
7. Support Communications
If you contact us for support, we may collect your email address, your message, and any information you choose to include. We use this information to respond to you, troubleshoot issues, and improve the app.
Please do not send sensitive information unless necessary.

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of exchanging it for money. Some advertising or analytics practices may be considered "sharing" or "tracking" under privacy laws or Apple rules, depending on the services used and your settings.
10. Children
Golfer's Pair-A-Dice is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
The app is intended as a general-audience casual game.
11. Your Choices
You may be able to:
- reset or delete local app data by deleting the app from your device;
- manage in-app purchases through your Apple ID settings;
- restore eligible purchases in the app;
- manage ad tracking permission through iOS Settings;

Deleting the app may delete locally stored gameplay progress if cloud backup or sync is not available.
12. Data Retention
Local gameplay data remains on your device unless deleted by you, the app, or your operating system. Purchase entitlement records, support emails, and business records may be retained as long as reasonably necessary for support, legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or operational purposes.
13. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your device, Apple ID, and account credentials secure.
14. International Users
If you use the app outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
