Common questions
Is Golfer's Pair-A-Dice a gambling app?
No. Golfer's Pair-A-Dice is a casual golf-themed dice game for entertainment. Dice are used as a gameplay mechanic only. The app does not offer real-money gambling, betting, wagering, cash prizes, or redeemable rewards.
How do in-app purchases work?
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Available items may include virtual currency, bundles, and optional ad-removal purchases. All billing and refunds are handled under Apple's payment rules.
A purchase did not unlock. What should I do?
Open the app and use Restore Purchases where available. If the item still does not appear, email support@golferspairadice.com with your device details and a description of the purchase.
How do I request a refund?
Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's purchase support system. We cannot process App Store refunds directly.
Why do I see ads in the app?
The app may show ads, including optional rewarded ads that grant in-game rewards after completion. Some forced ads may appear during Practice rounds unless you purchase an eligible ad-removal item.
What does Remove Forced Ads do?
If offered, the Remove Forced Ads purchase removes eligible forced Practice round break ads. Optional rewarded ads may remain available because they are user-initiated and grant in-game rewards.
Will I lose my progress if I delete the app?
Gameplay progress is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app, changing devices, or clearing app data may delete saved progress unless a backup or cloud sync feature is available.
